Mariano Bernardi

Business lawyer with a specialization in Economics, oriented to comprehensive advice on Business Law, Oil and Gas, Energy, Renewable Energy and Infrastructure.

He has focused his professional practice on Administrative Law, Corporate Law and Energy Law.

Graduated from Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA, in Spanish) in 1992. Specializations in Business Law and Law for the Oil and Natural Gas Industry at UBA in 2000 and 2011, respectively.

Master's degree in Law and Economics at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella in 2009. Course on the Civil and Commercial Code and its impact on Business Law issues at Universidad Austral in 2015.

He has completed the Diploma in Development and Financing of Renewable Energy Projects at Universidad del CEMA, Centro de Estudios Macroeconómicos de Argentina (University of CEMA, Center for Macroeconomic Studies of Argentina) in 2017.

He has published several articles in connection to his area of expertise.
